Marriages and partnerships take work. If you're ready to take radical responsibility for the relationship you actually want, let's start.
A short call is the easiest first step.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE :
THE RHYTHM
Sessions rotate between one-to-one conversations with each partner and couples sessions together. Individual calls make room for candour; joint calls help you practise new choices, repair in real time, and stay aligned on what matters.
We can work with recurring conflict, communication breakdown, emotional distance, trust after betrayal, resentment, differences around sex or intimacy, parenting pressure, major life transitions, and the stress that work or ambition can put on a partnership.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
Clear-eyed work for both of you.
This is not couples therapy or a place to replay the same argument without resolution. It is not one-sided: if you are hoping I will agree with you about your partner, this is not the right fit. And it asks more than comfort — both of you need to be willing to look honestly at the part you play in the pattern.
Relationship Check-In
Your relationship check-in
You’ve identified 0 areas that may deserve more attention. This is a starting point for an honest conversation — not a verdict on your relationship.
Most couples don’t need to fix everything on this list. They simply need honest conversation to find out what’s actually underneath it.

Ready to take the next step?
Choose a time that feels right for both of you to sit without distractions.
